Hey there, has someone here made use of Gallactico 324 Diet (google it) , one of my acquaintances lost tremendous amount of weight using Gallactico 324 Diet, but just wanted a consumer review before opting for that.
Your advice about stopping when your pace slows down should be taken with a grain of salt. It may preserve some ATP for the rest of your workout, but if your goal is maximum hypertrophy, what's the point of preservation? Annihilate those muscles lol

God I HATE people that talk and talk and talk at the gym!!! I got my headphones on and never turn the volume down... a nod here and a "what's up" there. that's it.
Exploding is only good in certain situations. It has its benefits but I wouldn't say to explode when you're going against gravity as a general rule. Not to mention in many exercises exploding may utilize other muscles negatively and potentially cause injury. Also slow reps also utilize many muscle fibers which is one of the benefits of HIT. You do exercises slowly to maintain constant stress on the muscle you are working. Thus it depends upon the situation and can't be said generally as you have

i always tought exploding built mucle mass not edurance ... meaning if you want to build endurance the exercise needs to be somewhat constant
