the easy way to drift in gta 4 with out modding is use a banshee or a dukes or a sultan rs there good for drifting or u cud just lower your car

if you go slower on the corners, it will be alot cooler if smoke is deep, I mean u actually see the big smoke,if u do a fast corner, smoke thing cant catch up with the car ... so it looks kinda gay , oh and BTW for the people who are arguing about mods ... the mod , only gives a POWER to a car , I mean that u wont just stop cuz of like in original cuz the car is more powerfull :)

...You can't really call yourself a drift team if your modding. On 360 they have Drift teams. They can drift REALLY good. THAT is what you call a legitimate drift team. They do it for fun. BUT, they also do it out of skill not a modded game.

you can get neons and hydraulics. you can get a speed boost but its not really nitro. on tbogt they have nitro so when that comes to the pc im sure we will have all 3. also ignore the people that say its not coming to pc because they have already updated the achievements for the lost and damned on the pc game.

basically if you go into gta4,pc,common,data you will find a file called vehicles.ide if you open that up in notepad ant you edit it in there,

For example changing futo engine to sultanRS' engine.

i replaced the supergt but all you do it rename it to which ever car you want and replace that. i wanted the dump valve though so to make it sound like a sultan rs i went into the vehicle.ide in the gta 4 main directory and edited that
