I disagree. No disrespect, but i think Optimus looks bolder, more complex, and inspirational, and the voice fits much better.

The CG in the movie is mind-boggling. I cant see why people couldent respect the new Optimus, hes more commanding, and seems like he would fit the leader possition better.

The cartoon was nice, but the 1980's have passed, by a long shot. Change happens, and i think this was for the better.
