@K20civicsirturbo lat is short for latissimus dorsi and lats meaning both of them. Wikipedia or google latissimus dorsi and it will show you where they are on the body.

@MegaSuperboy17 Drink at least 3 liters of water a day. On workout days I drink 3 - 4L ( 2 L during workout )

@xo1tom1ox Yep... I've been spotted in nightclubs in Vegas, gyms of LA, streets in Santa Monaca, back of a cigar store in NYC, really deep in the forest while on a run, at amusement parks.... It's funny, this was happening when I first started dating Flavia and I never told her what I did so she thought I was a celebrity... I said, "Nope, just a guy who posts lots of you tube videos :) "
