it looks great ! i especially like the fact that there are no cables hanging out everywhere, its all nicely hidden so u can focus on your mixing... nice !
Nice tour! Thank you very much. I wish the ending wasn't so abrupt. Would love to have seen the larger live room and some more of the character of the place, as in the out-of-the-way rooms, tape recorder rooms, eating spaces, living quarters etc. I still feel that I was treated to a nice tour. I would like to tour your facility and possibly work some film sound in that mix room.
yes..film crew used only camera mounted mic and kindly gave us footage to use. another point was being so tired on the day of recording at no notice...still worth showing tho!
well that might work for project or radio studios...however when you have 96+ analogue channels running at mixdown alongside 48 + digital signals, with a full live band in a live performance area it would be a little tight to say the least and unbearably hot for a studio control room! The prison bunk beds might be useful tho..!
wat do u do to the aspiring recording studio? would u take them to the studio and record a track there and take it to ur boss and sign the person? if u want check out some of my videos and comment rate do watever.
indeed...it does happen sometimes (dance markets distribution deals etc) but its is so rare for artists/bands..people need much more commitment and material.
isnt a recording room thingy a small room with a mic and headphones and it looks like a white room at prisons (trust me i went to one of them a trip and its was fun bouncing on the rubber)
Hey man, do you know how to convert audio mixes into other file types.. I can convert each track into (.wav, .mp3 etc.) But I can't figure out how to convert the whole mix. (in cakewalk Sonar 7 producer if you have ever used..)
hi I couldnt help but notice the NS10s on your console. I've got a question regarding those, What amp are you using to power them as i just recently got a pair and i am considering the Yamaha P3500s or the Alesis R500. any help will be greatly appriciated. thank you
Wow nice studeo by the way what woofers are those you have next to the NS10s. and if you dont mind would you please coment on their quality, as i too i am in the market for woofers to complement my NS10ms. cheers
Many thanks Jesse! we're cool! everything sounds great here at deep and a vibey place to work with no intereference form others!

we use our logic when using anything!
Who knows? any day can be a different client and a different system preferred. we use them both all the time.
We have a 48 i/o Euphonix HD tools rig here so thats a pretty big system!

liveroom #2, parallel walls? is that 100% reflective too or what? nice monitors in the control room though
xyanide1986 4 years ago
it looks reflective on film..in fact being stonecast walls, every surface in that room is irregular an NOT flat at all...
