I am using BSNL home plan 500c. While downloading stuff from microsoft attain speed @ 250kb/sec and some times even 300 kb/sec. But from other sites my speed lies within 70kb to 180kb/sec

dude i ve got mtnl 512kbps n at MAX i get the downloadin speed upto 250kbps but the speed isnt constant sometimes it goes all the way down to 40kbps is BSNL's download speed constant :)
