Im so angry that in what, 6-7 on Voyager he NEVER once got promoted. Im guessing that being invaded by aliens, brain-washed to fight WW2 by the Harogen, and nearly being killed over 2 dozen times wasn't enough for Janeway.

Very few people got promoted in the Delta Quadrant. Unless someone croaked. It wasn't because he was Asian. I bet he got promoted when they got home.

Look at Tom Paris. He got a higher ranking after he came out of a penal colony at the beginning of the show and his rank went up and down during the entire 7 seasons.
