i was a small girl watched my cousin played these game, leaving me a strong n unique image of these game. i was totally noob about video games n computer, almost failed my English exams in school, i can't spell and read it correctly "Barrrbarian~~",don't even know what it means, still i known this is the funny, interesting game i was looking for.
i think i did press on space bar or what key on the keyboard when my cousin afk, the barberian drops his sword n runs crazily like hell, that's very funny~press same key again he would change the running direction. i only managed to run pass by the scary jumping monster then killed by a big guy holding...is that an axe? really an interesting game to me.
One of the worst DOS games ever made. Maybe the original was OK, but the DOS port was just terrible in regards to controls. I think it was mouse/joystick only. Not bad digitized sound for the PC speaker, though.
You can imagine how hard this game was for a 4-6 year old little boy! I remember that you can use the keyboard to move in this game.

Loved this game!! You do know that F1 - F10 corresponded to the actions? Heaps easier to play than with the mouse!

Same story. But I do have fond memories of this game, no matter how frustrating it was back then. And I love that "Baaaaaarbarian!" outcry.
