One of the few bands on you tube that will play the live sound instead of an overdubbed audio track.

Sounds worse than rubber bullets album but still love it!!! its real and miss this kind of music. 70s and 80s were the best. when 92 93 hit music died. no feeling and no story to be told. thanks for posting!!! excellent!

I also was at the Tower show and the Capital show in Passaic NJ, in 78 they had movie screens on both sides of the stage and were pissed at the NJ show cause the capital uses close circuit TV and the screens where in the same place 10CC used, they almost walked, one of the most underrated progressive bands of the 70s!

That's actually correct mic technique - especially if you have a lot of backline volume. Allows the sound tech to run his/her trim gain levels lower, thus having less risk of feedback.

I'm a little older, 27, but 70's rock is about 90% of the stuff on my playlists. I'm not sure how I ran across this band. Out of all the songs of theirs on Youtube, I like this one the best by far. Most of the others are a bit too slow for me.

Actually, I think I may have found this band by looking for some 1977 Nova's. A '77 Nova was my first car and I missed it. I've got a '76 now but it's just not the same.

That's good you think this is good album. I'm 25 yrs old. Just discovering 10cc. Thought they were way too poppy. They are pop, but good pop like Beatles, Badfinger, Sparks, Split Enz, and ELO. Not bad pop like Neil Diamond, Tom Jones, or Carpenters. 10cc are intelligent pop

I used go see an American southeastern cover band in the mid 70s called Razzmatazz, and they did a great version of this song.

AnnieOakley53 you made my day! i gave my copy of this to eric stewart in '93 and haven't seen it since. he was unaware of it's existence so had the great honour of meeting the man. they say you should never meet your hero, 'they obviously haven't met eric stewart then! what a true gentleman.
