Huge thanks for sharing these videos with us. It is really helpful to know at least a little piece of what I am supposed to do, considering that I do not have a coach in my school (came to study in Great Britain, they do not invest in basketball). @MrChrall Thanks for your kind words. We do this warm-up BEFORE we take the court for lay-ups. I am not in charge of what shoes we wear... but the new Hyperdunks are great shoes!

@Cull23skicougar We played very, very well defensively... and held the #10 team in our area (Coolidge HS) to 4 points in the 1st quarter! We won by 29. They were shell shocked....
