Man...sometimes I wonder if people commenting even realize that different styles of dance would interpret songs differently. This Taemin you speak of (checked his vid) was doing more of a street jazz/hip hop style. This was not. (He's also not that attractive.) That, and a lot of dancers are at different levels. All are trying to improve...so how stop hating and look at technique + give constructive criticism, rather than comparing with some KPop artist.

It's not just the choreography he dances to but even when he dances the same moves next to other people he always looks so much better. ladies, this was pretty good. I loved the ballet and modern choreography. The street dancing was iffy in most parts but altogether i think for what it was it was very well done. Try adding some passion behind your moves. Dont jsut do the straight edge choreography. Add a little somethin to it. I teach street and hip hop and want to encourage you to find your inner popper. Have fun with it.
