I would say, if you look at her clothing style from the fashion police`s p.o.v. it is indeed terrible. But if you think of it as part of building up her character, whether it is the stage persona or simply herself as a person, the clothes reflect very well the goofy image she is going for. And though I think wearing that sort of clothes outside the stage is a mistake, on stage they are quite ok.
