Curves Smart is amazing! It does work! It doesn't bother me what this trainer looks like I know it works! I have used Curves for a year now! I must say that eating habits play a huge roll in your weight loss! I know that this works no matter what other people say cuz I've lost 112lbs in the past year with NO diet pills, medication or starving myself!~ Just eating smaller portions of the right kinds of food veggies, fruit protein small starch! It works people~

Wow, that looks great! Wish I lived in San Antonio instead of NE Philly. Sadly the economy has caused 4 local Curves to close so we only have 1 left in NE Philly. :((

Curves is a wonderful workout. I have loss seventy five pound weight and a total of 25 inches. Ladies this is something I could not do on my own. This also a challege for me , because I live 40 miles from the nearest Curves. I have workout a total of 157 times and enjoy every minute of it. sh_recreation

HOW DARE YOU be so RUDE!!! You dont know what she has accomplished with Curves! So what she doesnt have the body of a Barbie! SHES AN EVERYDAY PERSON! If you dont think that Curves is a good workout then you need to let you circuit coach know! She will help you to get the full benefit. Thats what they are there for! Why pay for it if you dont get the full benefit?? thats foolish! If its not a good workout why are there so many success stories, how come there all over the world!?

I agree with Cadetmquar defending the curves owner, that being said, she still needs a bigger shirt. Even if you're big, theres ways to wear your clothes that dont accent your flaws. I go to curves and hate it. I even joined a challenge to make myself go more often ughhhh sorry to set the curves owners in a tizzy, but its really not a gym.. 30 seconds on a machine, un-even reps, rushed sets. the owner acts like a general and seems like she has a stick up her ass! Cant wait til my year is up

can't believe the negative speak about this owner. How dare you make assumptions about her!I was overweight when I bought my Curves, but know what?I had lost close to 50 # thru CURVES when I bought my club-if you looked at me I'm overweight but how do you know how much progress I've made to get where I am.should I have bought my club only when I was at my goal weight? I think I am a better owner, I know the struggles of overweight women and can speak from experience.

The Curves rep should not be allowed to represent Curves a weight loss program in her condition. Why are these Curves owners allowed to look like this and then claim they have the answers for weight loss? Curves should have higher standards for the owners. Some of the owners here in NY are a disgrace.

How can you be sure she is overweight, Maybe she is pregnant! Really what difference does that make. It just shows that curves is for real women. We all cant be perfect!

I love that Curves is for real women. However it is a weight loss program. When advertising a weight loss program it is only logical to sue someone who can inspire women to loose weight and not make them feel discouraged that it will never happen.
