From what Ive seen from this video, these officers were using their use of force correctly. I work in law-enforcement and I would of done the same thing if that person was non-compliant like that. I guess I would have to see the whole incident instead of half of the incident to make my whole decision. It did not help that a lot of the students were making too big of a scene and many should have been arrested for obstruction of justice/police officer or disorderly conduct.

Well there genius, they DO tase the cops. It's all part of the certification program. Also, when they are directing him to stand up, the Taser is not activated. Once the Taser is activated,yes, you do lose control of your muscles. That's the beauty of a Taser. There are no long term effects of being Tased and, it was much more humane then the police dragging this kid out of the library.

See for yourself - seach YouTube for voluntary taserings. You'll see that when the taser is turned off, people stand and talk normally, and in some cases, laugh and smile as they explain what they just experienced.
