  • Gotta appreciate several fine aspects of his percussion - for example the patented Pudukkottai-style of gumkis, solkattu (formation of phrases), smooth transition from one sequence to the next, intuitive moves into and out of different gathis, and balanced synchronous korvais. Excellent nadam and layam. What a treat!
