I recently played this game through (playing 2nd time right now) and this is one of the best WWII-/FPS -games I have ever played. The intensity of this level through the whole game....wow! I intet to buy all the rest Medal Of Honor -games and also Call Of Duty games. Just awesome!
@noideac I honestly have no idea. The early FPS games in the '90s had weapons displayed pointing directly forwards in the center of the screen but the player didn't really look down the "sights" so much as he looked down the barrel.
It's a fairly recent trend, though. Most games didn't have iron sights until about 2005, even though they had been around for a long time.
@thehemuliman It may have something to do with what you're using to record. If you're using an emulator, there will be a lot of slowdown when recording. I use a DVD recorder, which records footage straight from the source. There isn't any slowdown unless it's in the game to begin with.
I use DVD recorder. The aiming with controller is not smooth as it is usual (without recording...) That's the problem and it causes bad shooting and hitting on enemies's difficult and I have to use like the whole clip to a single person :D

@thehemuliman You must have a different kind of DVD recorder, then. With my equipment, I just hook it up to a television and the videos streams through the device. It doesn't affect the game performance at all, since it doesn't record the game so much as it records what is on the screen.
used to love this game on ps2.be good if they had this on xbox and u could play this mission online.

@noideac No, not in this game. You can still zoom in, though.
It's not like the lack of iron sights breaks the game or anything, of course. The game is still great without them.

It will probably take a while to get all of the videos recorded and uploaded, though. I just don't have a lot of free time anymore.

@thehemuliman It may have something to do with what you're using to record. If you're using an emulator, there will be a lot of slowdown when recording. I use a DVD recorder, which records footage straight from the source. There isn't any slowdown unless it's in the game to begin with.
