There is a lot of Linux LiveCD,

I particulary like the OpenSuSE distro,

there is a Brazilian Version, Linux Kurumin, U can install the XBMC on it, (xbox media center)

the best part of te LiveCD is that there is no need of installing, it Runs from the RAM Memory, even older Play Station can run it up..

why someone should do all this mess on his PS3 to install linux when it would be MUCH easier to just hook up a computer desktop to the same monitor running Linux at 1080p ? Speed ? I doubt any OS user today really needs more than 2 high frequency cores for navigating the system except for crazy multitaskers and high end gamers.
