and 1:53 you need to hold R1 while shooting (I think it was R1, I'm not sure anymore :)

from a very long distance like at min 2.08, hold up arrow, shoot till bar is at 70-75% full, then right after he shoots press triangle
from a long distance (30m or so) hold up arrow, shoot till bar is 40-55% full and then press triangle
up arrow+square and then triangle means very hard shot
up arrow+square and then X means hard shot
down arrow+square and then triangle means weak shot
down arrow+square and then X means very weak shot
just practice and you'll see :P
