Nice version, especially her voice. @Kolef88 & rirzkynehh- Actually, her tempo is fine, she's just using a little more complex a strumming pattern than this song is usually played with. Listen to the bridge and it will be quite obvious how she's fitting those extra strums around the standard rhythm, then go back to the beginning and notice that she slips into this groove about halfway into the first verse. It does feel a little wonky at first, but once you hear what she's doing her tempo's fine.
