I think if accounts are in the categories like you say remove them... like last video or activity 2 years ago or something take them down.. save us the trouble.. its just burning bandwidth.
if they decide to get back on they can create another...
I think it is good to a point. First, it depends on how long someone can be inactive before they are in danger of being deleted. Hopefully every one on YT as a life and can't always be active in YT. I don't understand being suspended but if someone is suspended, that implies their status will one day be active again so I don't feel suspended people should be deleted.
@bf6067 And while I get your point about subscribers, I am subscribed to YT'ers I haven't seen videos from recently. I do like to go in from time to time and see what happened to them. Many times, they have opened a new channel. If YT deletes their accounts, I can no longer go in and find out what happened to them.
@bf6067 Also on the subject of YT, they keep making changes which makes it hard to view my subscriptions. Only so many show up on my screen. I can click the more button but every time I watch a video, I have to click the more button so many times before I can view the next video. I waste a lot of time just trying to get at these videos to watch them.
It's good that I won't have to go through the process of removing dead channels myself for now any way. It night affect some partners and not others, I only have a little over 1700, that might be cut by a third or less.
Hey there Jim, Yeah I think its a good thing as its more revelent to have viewers than subs, some of these folk could even be dead for all we know, views are more important.
@4q2pab No they arent deleting the channels, they are just unsubbing them from channels. So, they wont delete your account but you may find you arent subscribed to anyone anymore lol.
its a great idea Jim...

I hope they don't delete my other youtube channel. I have not been able to resolve log-in issues with it for over a year, and I'm pissed.
