And to the emo moron on the right, did ya think that Nolan probably is smart enough not to take the dark approach with Superman, cuz he's, uhhh, an intelligent filmmaker who would realize that dark is not Superman's tone? No matter what any of you say, Batman is a DARK character with adult, moral, complex and psychological issues that was executed brilliantly. Did Nolan come out and say, "I'm going to make Superman ultra-dark and do a character study of his psychology and not make it fun."...?
You guys are in the significant MINORITY of people who didn't like what Chris Nolan has done with Batman. Hmmm, he took a laughable, dead, comic-book film property and made it into a $1.5 billion, multi-Oscar nominated, critically acclaimed blockbuster franchise. Are you guys seriously morons? "It's too dark." OOOooo. Well grab a tissue and cry some more cuz pretty much every single other comic/movie fan on Earth LOVED what he did with it....
