Yes, it's a vegetarian cake. Not vegan. But her recipe is appreciated. Not many people know the difference between veganism and vegetarianism. So give her some credit. CAPS won't get you anywhere.

cake mixes have dry milk solids in them, so it is not vegan. Great vegitarian, but not vegan.
