Yeah, clearly Palmer's fault IMO. There was no space for him on the inside.
Sadly people often tends to dive/pull this kind of reckless move in Formula Palmer.

I agree, Rosenqvist gave him really much space. You can see that Palmer barely makes the turn after which means that if Rosenqvist would be beside him they would crash anyways.. Shame for Vautier, but I think Palmer should have chilled down abit in the first corner after the restart...
