I was torn between Obama and Edwards. I feel there are many disenfranchised Americans left alone and forgotten. I'm hoping Obama can help those less fortunate.  I can't wait for this president to leave the White House. He has hurt so many people and ruined so many lives and destroyed everything America use to stand for.

I remember the JFK campaign in 1960 and the children's enthusiasm when I was 5 to 6 years old. I recall predicting Kennedy would beat Nixon in a very close race. I think Obama inspires the people just as well as did JFK.

I too remember. I was 12 then and had immigrated from France just 2 years earlier. For me, Obama's campaign evokes some kind of magical reconnection to the enthusiasm and possibilities of those days while pointing to a new way forward. It is truly amazing. .

What the Kennesy's did, in endorsing Barack, is so Great & Appreciative ; however, I can't help but to hurt for their Family having had so much tragedy & yet even with that they are feeling that there is an association for their Father with Barack (they are big enough that they do not see skin color), in addition that they are willing to "Adopt" Barack as as JFK's son, what can I say, but that that is really Awesome.

I suggest everyone read "To Seek a Newer World" by Robert F. Kennedy about solving the socio-economic problems of the 20th century. He has the same timbre and tone as Barack. Its amazing. Obama is the true heir to Bobby and Jack - my heroes. Thank you Caroline, Patrick, and Teddy for this endorsement. Next to an Obama win in November, I don't think I shall ever get as choked up for a political rally as I just did watching you guys Monday afternoon.

He has pushed to pass extensive ethics reform to force politicians to disclose where their funds are coming form as well as restrict corporations from gifting or compensating lavish meals and events for candidates. This one example fits in with Barack's overall theme that he wants politics in Washington to be directly connected with the American people and not through the endless bureacracy and corporate interests behind the closed doors of washington today.
