It's blender. It's a free and very powerful 3d animation. It also has a video game engine that has very good physics, including cloth physics. I'm currently making a horror first person shooter with it.

Yes it is. I'm trying to figure out how to make weapons with it and animate them for the source engine. It's soooo hard to find out how, although I know it's possible.
