Theres a programming reason why its 2,147,483,647. That number is 2^31 - 1. It would take too long for me to explain though.

Also, max wealth you can put in a trade is only 2,000,000,000, so you cant show max cash in a trade screen. Jagex made this limit for some weird reason.
