I started drinking more water yesterday thinking about how much water you drink while there it helped me lose 4 pounds i a day, I guess I need more water to release some of the water retention I had, hope you are well have not seen any updates in a few days

Hi Bill, just found you on YouTube. Congrats to you. You are doing so well. I just watched your first video and I can't believe the improvement. You could hardly talk in that first vid, you were so out of breath. Your physical heart must be so happy to be relieved of that weight and your spiritual heart must be so grateful that you have found the determination to get healthy. I can't believe you lost 42 lbs. Read e-mails, watch other video's, drink water. Maybe take a walk, drink water. Make another video, drink water. Watch some TV, drink water. Read and answer e-mails, drink water. My guess was 40 pounds. Awesome Bill! Your face looks completely different to me now. You're looking younger. I once did the reverse of what you're doing. I gained a lot of weight (intentionally) and since I looked in the mirror daily I didn't see the change, but one day I woke up and did not recognize myself. I wonder if you'll experience that. Once during that time I saw someone in a distant mirror and thought it was another person when it was me. We don't see ourselves how we are.
