@Watcher3223 If you look at the Tenchi Muyo! intro (the picture with the galaxy in the center), doesn't it look similar to the one shown in the video you uploaded for "Rare Pioneer LaserDisc Bumpers". On that video, see time mark 0:25.
Magnetic Video ceased to exist in the early 1980s as it was purchased by Fox and then later phased out in favor of 20th Century Fox Video, later to become CBS/Fox Video, and then Fox Video, and finally 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment.
The "Tenchi Universe" anime series was produced in the early 1990s by Pioneer and AIC.
There is a Magnetic Video intro clip for ITC entertainment on YouTube that has this music playing on for the first half before the announcer says anything.
I downloaded the video, extracted the audio and made the best use of it.
The video is entitled "Magnetic Video Corporation early video tape opening classic" from DSSLAVE2.
Is that the same universe image that was used in the Pioneer disc bumpers?

@WammyGiveaway
Universe image?

@Watcher3223
What I did was use the beginning of the Tenchi Muyo! OVA.
For the Pioneer logo, I edited out the "Presented by Pioneer LDCA" and just left the logo intact.

Oh, okay.
It looks similar, but not quite.

Pfft, that's awesome. Nice little "What if" (Extra points for using Tenchi!)

That was cool. It sounded really close to the original voice actor.

This was a mockup.

Pioneer Japan pressed most of the Magnetic Video laserdiscs.

True.
I had a Magnetic Video issue of "The Sound of Music" that was pressed by Pioneer in Japan.
Unfortunately, a side or two were rotted.

Very well done...yeah, the nice clean chunk of the BG music on that ITC version came in handy here. :-)
