This video kind of makes it look as though she died and her ghost watches him deal with the frustration through rigorous exercise. I don't know what the original meaning of it was, but I like it nonetheless. ^-^
Love this song - Jann does deserve much more recognition. She is the BEST woman vocalist of our time and for some reason she is not that well know out of Canada.

Jann has such a range of emotions in this song,I've always thought "Love Is..." is one of her better songs.Great vocals
