Just to make sure to all of you that discuss my religeon / nationality :)

I'm originaly russian and think that people can dance every type/style of dance he likes !

It doesn't matter who you are : arabic , jew , chinese or italien. I know that all these talk because of arabic/israeli conflict but PEOPLE : let's stop it here on my page.

in my opnion, non arabs who dance baladi and belly dancing are stealin our art,,thats what i think. I know they come to egypt and work as belly dancers in clubs and events. i just dont like it.. they also dont have the egyptian or arabic soul

And what about Flamenco Dance, Irish dance, Gypsy, Russian "Kalikna Malinka"...also people can't dance these styles 'cos they are not Spanish, Irish or Gypsy ???

by your own opinion arabs wouldn't be entitled to television as it is an artform developed on the western world, you can add a long list of things that according to you belong to other cultures. This is not fair, this is one world and everyone should be able to enjoy each other's cultures. If anything you should be proud rather than annoyed at the fact that other people are copying your dances.

It may be that some don't "have it". But those bad dancers will not be liked by local audiences and so they won't get any more work - nowadays even tourists are more knowledgeable and discerning than they were once upon a time. Nur, for example, who is Russian, works in Egypt for many years now and is very liked by local people. She's got a lovely style.

i know she isn't arab, the person who left that comment, is probably my brother. U think im that dumb to not know that she is jewish. 4god's sake, it says israel in the friggin tag. Anywayz, she sorta good, and plus, the belly dancing originated from jewish anywayz. But she is sorta gewd. if she didnt have the cuelo or the titas, she wouldn't be all that great.
