  • The word “apocalypse” means to unveil, not the end of the world. The meaning of the apocalypse is the opposite of what most people think. It does not mean the end of the world; it means the revealing of hidden secrets and the beginning of a heaven on earth. The apocalypse is starting now. Search "Truth Contest" in Google and click the 1st result, then open The Present (with religion) and read what it says to learn the truth.

  • Hahhhaaha, that kenfo0 guy did exactly what BlackSheepPresident said he would do :D lol

  • Hey kenfo0 why don't you take your own advice about posting comments that are related to the video. BTW that was an awesome comeback I really do admire your dedication!!

  • @WaitingEvil thanks gay guy!! stop trolling, fag. read your two posts, which have no relation to the video or a comment I made to you, add in the fact you "replied" to me, but not TO me, and think to yourself "hmmm....I'm kinda of a jackass...I should just shut up and move along now.". Good luck there buddy!

  • @kenfo0 Thanks for the good luck man! Oh and because you are the obvious leader of the community known as YouTube I guess I am gay and know I love you! :)

  • @WaitingEvil You are welcome, gay guy. You are free to love whomever you wish. Although I am quite lovable, I'm not into your "lifestyle". Have I been somehow elected "leader of YT"? That's great. I humbly accept.

  • I just wanted to note that a what you call "nazi" is a member of the nsdap which was a political party in nazi germany time and that is not a religion, what you all are talking about is an idealism called "national socialism".

I didn't want to be a wiseass, but since people like kenfo0 claim to be overly

intelectual, i just wanted to correct that.

  • @BlackSheepPresident congratulations: you are the dumbest wise-ass I've heard today, and that's no small feat. I never claimed nazis were a religious group, making your entire post a monument to your stupidity. Well done.

  • By the way kenfo0 is probably the best troll I've ever seen. Not that trolls are good he's just good at what he does.

  • @WaitingEvil what a stupid, troll-ish comment. If you have nothing to say (you don't), shut up. You father should have said that to you many times.

  • Why is there a huge argument about religion? Just watch the damn trailer and enjoy the sex, profanity, and violence!!! :)

  • On a completely unrelated note: this is a fantastic movie.

  • @kenfo0

Also, in Hitler's personal notes, he cites Old Testament race laws as inspiration for

    the Nuremberg Laws.

    Should I go on?

By the way, I'm an educated conservative posting this, before you insult

my character instead of refuting my points.

  • @ReverendScuderi Well done! You spammed half the page without ever addressing reality! Jesus was a practicing Jew. Therefore, killing Jews is/was never "the work of God" or "Christian" in nature. I can say I'm chinese, while eating in a chinese restaurant, wearing a coolie outfit, and reading a chinese book. It doesn't make me Chinese. What a dolt.

  • @kenfo0

For instance: "Hence today I believe that I am acting in accordance with the will of the Almighty Creator: by defending myself against the Jew, I am fighting for the work of the Lord." - Mein Kampf

Hitler's "work of the Lord" agrees with Biblical scripture:

"And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him." -Colossians 3:17

  • @kenfo0

Sorry about the wall of text and not putting the "at sign, your name" thing in the previous posts, but to continue to disprove what you've been saying:

Since 1920, the Nazi party ran on the promise that they would restore Christian principles to government. Even Hitler referenced scripture in justifying his policies.

  • Now I noticed that, apparently, you can't associate the KKK (a White Anglo Saxon Protestant, or W.A.S.P group) to Christianity... Which makes no sense: it's in the name.

  • Furthermore, all dramaticized History Channel documentaries aside, Hitler had a more Gnostic belief set. Granted, it's easy to confuse that with occult beliefs due to the shared principles, which are both Esoteric and Bosnian Christian principles. Both of those, as the names suggest, are sects of Christianity. Also, it's fair to mention that there were Christian Nazi party leaders. Off the top of my head, Koch (spelling?) comes to mind.

  • As to saying that the KKK and Nazis followed Christian teachings... Yes. That's just fact and only a fool would attempt to dispute that.

Now, I saw that the "occult" was mentioned: one can't be so naive as to not consider the Christian (Esoteric Christianity to be more specific) influence on the occult. (Namely, belief in the savior.)

  • I didn't bother reading this whole argument, so I feel that I should throw my opinions in: Christians follow the teachings of the New Testament and believe that Christ was the son of God and messiah. Then there are all of the sects which pick and choose what parts they want to or don't want to believe, what they want add, and all of that fun stuff (Catholics believing in saints, etc.)

  • The redux is amazing. Easily one of the best films of all time.

  • The Redux isn't as good as the original. In fact, the Redux lessens the impact of the original by adding a bunch of unnecessary footage that doesn't add to the story in any way.

  • @HuckMeHard nonsense. you are simply a "tha orijinuhlz tha best!" guy, or you have to have your life prepackaged into exactly 90 minute, bite sized pieces. Not only is Redux better, but I can't believe the tiger cage scene was cut or that too. That is one of the great movie exchanges of all time, although willard's lines could have been sharper. Robert Duvall agrees that the "saving the baby" scene should not have been cut from the original. we all know he knows nothing about movies either...

  • Stupid question, But I know that in the movie they sat on their helmets so they wouldnt get their balls shot off, but how would that happen?

  • @Freeskier475 because if the helicopter passes over some VC the helicopter might go under fire and if youre getting hot at from below, well you basically get the idea

  • restored? looks more like cencored to me! lol

  • Lawrence Fishburne LMAO hi was skinny 1:41

  • @refek1

He was only seventeen back then...He has a bit more "natural padding" now :)

  • ultra long n boring movie

  • @Th0rnFTW don't worry, dipshit. I'm sure they'll shorten up a "bourne" movie for a genius like you.

  • assistindo de novo e mostrando pra minha mina que nunca viu. #coppola é muleque doido

  • I liked the movie up to the point where that cow was cut apart with machetes alive....after that i hated everyone involved in making this movie.

  • @derbigpr500 I'm pretty sure the cow was already dead.

  • @insertclevername14 It wasnt. The cow was alive, and it wasnt actually killed for the movie. Its a tribe ritual, and the apocalypse film crew was their guest, so they got to film it. It was a real cow, and it was alive before it was killed.

  • @derbigpr500 the water buffalo was killed as part of a normal tribal ritual. it would have been killed whether filmed or not, with outsiders there or not, whether you ever lived, or not. Liberals are always talking about "diversity", but mean "what I like".

  • Objetivamente hablando, si estás herido y retrasas al grupo, lo mejor es que te abandonen, por el bien común.

  • A terrorest can be of any race/religion seen as a threat to any country.

  • @lockkiller101 false. terrorists attack the populace, not the authorities. how would one inflict "terror" if everyone knew the "terrorists" only attacked the IRS? People would just stay away from the IRS and it's agents. Terrorists, by def, spread 'terror' by attacking random, civilian targets. You want to be a "tough guy"? Go fight the guys with the guns. Scumbags attack the unarmed.

  • I'd also like to mention that comparing the amount of people killed in 9/11 with a genocide, the Rwandan genocide resulting in the deaths of 800,000 people and the extreme emotional scarring and trauma of the rest of the population is DISGUSTING. I know that my previous comments are subjective and that Britain also has an extremely violent past. But thats not my point and i'm not giving stupid ultimatums. As a sidenote, the 9/11 attacks were by the terrorists the U.S government trained.

  • and to say that the U.S.A is the best in a comment section about a film which is trying to portray the stupidity behind the U,S.A's sensless violence and warmongering, as well as showing the huge immorality American troops showed during the Vietnam war towards civilians is incredibly insensitive and shows you to be a hugely ignorant and idiotic person

  • @Kyon2 You are a typical, shallow, America-bashing euro-fag. The movie is great because it transcends nationality and the partisan "box". I watched it and it resonated not as an "anti-war" movie (Kurtz was CLEARLY not anti-war), but a movie about the scumbags who get ahead, the arbitrary, conflicting values of society, and the fact that life comes down to the individual. The fact 2 can watch it and get different, valid ideas makes it great. Now go hug an islamo-fascist and bow to sharia law.

  • @PwnToob, I'm British, and I'd just like to talk to you and most of the people on this comment section, bar Hunter02300, who seems to have got his morals right, The U.S.A isn't nessecarily the most powerfull nation in the world, just the most influencial,

  • If I'd never seen this film before, I'd wan't to see it again & again !

    -The Horror...

  • @Daironsmith i hope ur not referring to the U.S. as the most powerful country in the world cuz if u are u need to seriously do some research...

  • @dfernan92 the U.S. is the most powerful country actually if YOU were to look it up. Its also the best and im proud to call it my home

  • @PwnToob im sorry idk if u noticed but the U.S. has not won a war since 1945 i live here too but u have to be realistic

  • @dfernYou don't know much, kiddie. Topically, one could easily crush you stating factually that grenada and Desert Storm were rather easy wins. Thinking critically, which is apparently beyond people like you, one must look at the nature of the Korean and VN wars. The US could have EASILY crushed either. Unfortunately, pols chose to fight "limited war". There is no such thing. That is what caused both the "moral confusion" and "loss" of those two engagements. I could write a book about it.

  • @kenfo0 both of those were conflicts not wars which makes you an ass already vietnam should have never happened regardless of why we didnt win the war the fact is that we didnt, countless soldiers dead over a lost cause take your political bull shit elsewhere there's more important things in life than just money and power something you or the U.S. military doesnt understand.

  • @dfernan92 HAHAHAHAHA. what a dumb son of a bitch you are. I will first give you an English lesson, as your native language is clearly "dumbass". A war is always a conflict, a conflict is not always a war, and Vietnam and Korea clearly fit the definition of war. Sometimes, liars will try to trick very stupid people (like you) by calling something by a name that doesn't fit. About 3 million US servicemen cycled through Vietnam. Over 58K men were killed, and 21k were permanently disabled. cont

  • @kenfo0 grammer on youtube really? You are just a troll who read a history book and wants to argue on youtube. 58k is a lot of people for a pointless war don't you think? No because you just read your history books and watch too much war movies. I'll just end this right now your right I'm wrong, dumb asses like you need to hear that to give you confidence in yourself. I know ppl who served in that war who would agree it's pointless regardless of what you or any history lesson says.

  • @df no, you doof: "grammar on youtube". Just as you can't be bothered to spell correctly, you can't be bothered to think correctly. Yes, I'm right, and you're wrong. "I know ppl who served in that war..."; yes, they served in war, not a "conflict". You're the dumbass who said "VN and Korea were conflicts, not wars.", Now you pretend you were right by re-quoting what I posted. They were wars. They were wars easily won, if not for scummy pols. Scummy pols that stupid people, like you, elect.

  • @kenfo0 ok now i understand why you think i'm dumb lol I didn't say vietnam and korea were conflicts if that's what you interpreted, I said desert storm and grenada were conflicts, and I do not vote ever because it changes nothing politicians are not for the ppl they are for themselves and their own interests. Vietnam and Korea as well as Iraq are perfect examples of that.

  • @dfernan92 Any time you send forces into an unwilling country, that is war, regardless of how easy a win nor what you get out of it. The war against Grenada utilized nearly 80,000 US combatants. Bombs and naval fire were directed onto the island. People died. I'd call that a war, no matter what pols call it for their own benefit. To call Desert Storm anything but war is childish and stupid. Now, onto "is war a good idea?": I'd rather it didn't happen. There are few true calls for it.

  • @kenfo0 well at least we can agree on something, i would not agree to a war unless attacked (there are other circumstances of course) but i wouldn't say vietnam and korea were necessary at all. you may have your own opinion on that subject but i was just stating mine.

  • @dfernan92 ok, so explain what happened in Korea and VN WITHOUT googling it.

  • @kenfo0 idk why u would believe whether i googled it or not but ok both civil wars U.S. intervened based on the supposed idea communist takeover of the preferred alliances with the UN. i cant give u a detailed answer off the top of my head honestly but i must admit i am biased to the pointlessness of the wars based on the life changing injuries my uncle sustained in vietnam and the stories my grandfather told me about his service in korea.

  • @df Korea and VN were just "civil wars". 2 parties tried to talk out diffs in united countries, and they began fighting? Oh, that's right, you're wrong. Both countries were abject failures of "LoN" and the "UN". Arbitrarily divided into commie north and free south, in both instances the north, with massive commie backing from USSR and China INVADED sovereign nations. You've been spoon fed nonsense. Find info about the "poor, peace-loving N.VN commies" and how many were murdered when we left.

  • @dfernan92 i asked you to be honest. it's up to you. if you're a liar who googled it, it'd be a mark on your soul, not mine. Saying "I don't like war" or "war should be a last resort" is a valid opinion. Saying "korea and VN wars were "civil wars"" is an absurd and simplistic lie. I am NOT saying war is good, simply that you are incorrectly stating opinion as fact. War is horrible. You get QUITE the different reaction when you ask old Koreans about the US, vs the new, dumbed down youngsters.

  • @kenfo0 i have never asked an old korean so i would have to take your word for it, but had i bothered to google it i could have given u a better answer i simplified it the best i could by using civil wars.

  • @dfernan92 cont. in one 3yr period, more than one MILLION TONS of bombs and rockets were delivered into N. VN. This type of reality is called "war". Seeing these absolute facts, it is clear you are the ass, and a dumb SOB, just like I said. Also noted is the fact you did not address Grenada nor Desert Storm. Lastly, your stupid run-on sentence-as-a-paragraph says more about you and your case than any 100 facts I could list. Now shut up you moron.

  • i love how all of your you ignorant dumbasses are talking shit about the worlds most powerfull country

  • So I watched that movie about an hour and half, then I said enough of this "crazy" atomosphire. And now I'm not sure if I should watch it done.

Can some of you guys tell me what kind of movie this is at all? Like one of those anti war movies where everybody dies or just go totally crazy, I had enough of them (I live in Germany and that stuff is shown over here a lot)?

Or it's more like realistic, like black hawk down or that stuff?

  • @Soap1O It was meant to be a psychedelic, anti-war movie. I didn't take that away at all. It is a thoughtful thematic movie full of character study. The gist is the establishment wants to kill kurtz NOT because he's "crazy and killing freely" as they say, but because he won't bow to their authority. Unfortunately for them, they send a man of at least similar ideas/morality (pragmatism) to kill him. Willard empathizes with Kurtz. Kurtz recognizes Willard as a previous version of himself...

  • i wish Coppola still made movies like this

  • The American government is the real terrorist!!

  • @consciousminds808 I actually beleive they staged 911

  • @reaperkiller117 I don't really believe they did but I DO believe that the Cheney admin sat back & allowed it to happen.

  • @consciousminds808 Corporations are WORSE.

  • @consciousminds808 Don't you mean are the real terrorists. Of course, you'd have to think about it more then and then you'd realizze that your using the word government loosely and more or less as a punch line.

  • wht the...

  • the horror... the horror

  • hunter shut the fuck up; no one cares the arabs in general are humans yes but not "Al Qeada" or the "Taliban". I will be a marine soon and be fucking them up so dont talk!

  • @xxsandxyetti69

    hah.Or they will fuck you!

  • @xxsandxyetti69 wow, you really have no idea what it means to be a marine going to war do you?

  • @xxsandxyetti69

dont bullshit thats an offence to every person actually involved in any military activity, its so obv ur not gonna b a marine so pleas just shut up nd stop b4 u really offend some1

  • @mattmanmkb Saying that Muslim people are only terrorists is a showing that you are ignorant to the other events and people in the world. We are all humans and we should all treat each other with respect. There just so happens to be people who are ignorant and afraid enough to attack other humans because of a perceived difference between them.

  • @mattmanmkb I'm not saying that killing civilians or causing mass destruction is a perceived right, I'm only saying that labeling a person/group of people as terrorists is a subjective term. There are other groups out there who could be called terrorists with being affiliated by the American perceived status of terrorists. The IRA in Ireland, The British Nationals in Ireland, The LRA in Uganda, and the Ugandan government to only name a few groups.

  • @mattmanmkb anyone can be a terrorist. being a terrorist is a completely subjective term. In some people's eyes: America terrorizes a complete region of the world in their terms of Nation security. America bombs places with civilians present, sends in black op soldiers and holds people captive. In an American perspective: we are trying to keep our country safe and secure. there is no real right or wrong in the world. Only what is perceived to be right and wrong.

  • @Hunter02300 That's when mercenaries come in the picture, sure our government is fucked up but we are the ones fighting back and terrorists keep attacking us. Trust me we wouldn't go that far as to bomb if terrorists didn't attack our country. We go to the extreme because it´s necessary to keep our country safe. In 911 terrorists killed 2,751 people. This wasnt even done under military circumstances, it was genocide. We do what is necessary to put a stop to it.

  • @reaperkiller117 be careful what you call genocide. You could really piss off some people. Like me. According to Websters Genocide is the deliberate and systematic destruction of a racial, political, or cultural group. I admit 2,751 people killed on 9/11 is a staggering number but not genocide. If you want examples of Genocide other than the Holocaust, then how about the Rwandan Genocide, the issue in Darfur and Uganda, and what about the Bosnian Genocide.

  • @Hunter02300 sad thing is that there's a lot of people that never even heard about the rwanda and darfur genocides

  • @Hunter02300 Bosnia is a sticky wicket. one must explain why the UN and US were so quick to pounce on the idea of "genocide" there, yet NOT call Darfur or Rwanda genocides until AFTER it was all over. There was a lot more to what went on there than "bad serbs did....uh...genocide stuff....". Why does no one assail Clinton over waging war without Congressional approval NOR UN APPROVAL (the US was involved BEFORE UN approval)? There are MANY questions about what went on there.

  • @reaperkiller117 what happened on that fateful day in 2001 was regrettable, but it didn't come out of nowhere. Half of history is covering up what someone doesn't want other people to know. If you even have half a brain you could know that every government has people behind the scenes doing what could be called "Terrorism". And also the slogan that I have seen called "Kill the Muslims" is advocating genocide. I do not believe that slogan and I wish people could see how rare life is.

  • @Hunter02300 Sure the government might be behind some things but why cant you just admit terrorism needs to be dealt with.

  • @reaperkiller117 why can't u admit that terrorism isn't limited to just one side

  • @Hunter02300 you won't be so cavalier about "terror" the day your mom/sister/son/grandson is killed while at a store. It becomes quite UN-academic at that point, I assure you.
