If you add &hd=1 o the end of a youtube link, it goes directly in HD, maybe you could modify the clickable links in your video so that it goes that way.

It's a smart thing to do, but you shouldn't do that because a lot of people's computers can't play HD very well, it's better to see it in lower quality without it being choppy, than hd and being choppy.
