But what I'm saying is that I've been in both countries and I can tell it is more unhealthy and bigger people there than here in Scandinavia and in south europe. I understand why because it's hard to find healthy food in both countries, UK and US without going to a expensive restaurants. Last time I was on a hotel in US they served cupcakes for breakfast (to be cont.)

US use a lot of more suger than you british do but you both have the same unhealthy fries food culture. Fried chicken, fish, fries etch. However, I'm glad you eat healthy like your majority does does too.

When I was a child, which was some years ago , if you were overweight you weren't making it onto an organized youth sports team. There just weren't as many overweight kids.
