  • @kristijan0kroflin I'm not sure what you're asking here... and when you get to the atomic level you have to deal with wavefunctions so if you were really wanting a center of mass I suppose one could locate the most likely location of an electron and go from there. (Most electron maps used to talk about "atoms" or "orbitals" are typically indicating where electrons reside 90% of the time.)
