Getting the mustard out of the small bowl was disgusting. Why not have had it already measured out in the mixing bowl, or at the very least, have it measured out on a spoon? The scraping out with the finger(s) wasn't professional.
let's just assume she washed her hands before putting the mustard inside the bowl using her bare fingers... but i really thought that it was really unsanitary. she should have used a teaspoon or a spatula to scrape the mustard out.
For teh amazingness, crush a clove of garlic, some peppercorns, a dash of mustard powder, some dill and some celery-salt in a pestle and mortar, and add this to the oil & vinegar.
loved how you used your fingers for the mustard.. whats the matter? no spoon?

Unfortunately an emulsion was not achieved. Mustard based vinaigrette can get as thick as mayonnaise if done right.

@krfanatix0312 Oh yes, God forbid you use your hands when cooking. Don't be overly paranoid.

I always use lemon instead of vinegar, because vinegar gives me the worst heartburn. It works well...
What I would like is to know the measurements to make a whole bottle of vinaigrette... can someone help?

First salt and pepper, then vinegar, then oil. Otherwise salt might not melt properly.
