You don't need knothole to get the dog back. If you choose the "family" option for your wish you can get him back as well as your wife/children/husband etc.

wheter u choose wealth or needs of the many, as long as u pay 800 microsoft points, to get knothole island prenium, u can go to knothole island, and there is a crpty, thats pretty obviously noticible called "CHeet ur's crypt".

MAke someone follow u, and put em in the crypt. pull the lever and when the doors re-open ther eis ur dog. so no matter if ur dog dies, u can bring him back to live. and if u want money, use the glitch, or just use simple real estate missions (like me.)

to make money maybe faster that the 1m wish is to buy all high paying stores/houses and log of xbox live pull the plug and youll get logged out...go to console settings and turn clock 1 year ahead.you will when you load your game get your income times a hounred...for example...your income is 2000...yuo do this you get 200000....do it again over and over...i have now bought almost every building there is..have an imcone of 12000...with this method i get 1,2m each time i do it.i used 500 letters!!
