  • 6:25 amazing

  • 6:25 amazing

  • Does anyone know the name of the track at the beginning? And any good psy break tracks or dj's?

  • why don't they mention what psytrance is a hybrid of? it is a hybrid of goa trance, industrial and space rock. it is characterized by dry sounds, funky bass line, laser kicks, less melody than goa trance, it also includes breakbeats and is more underground than goa trance and one more thing - psytrance does not use indian melodies like goa trance.

  • kids be munchin too much beta ketone all up in this bitch called utah, gonna make em violent, give em strokes and heart attacks. you would be surprised at who gets into that stuff after high school

  • Anyone know of a Psy-Scene in or around the Colorado Area?

  • This vid made me soo happy. Yay! I love love and this is love right here.

  • Open your eyes and see the Chemtrails @ 1:19

  • esta en español ??

  • @pranacrewvisual no :/

  • @pranacrewvisual

deseo (Yo no soy español, pero sonaría fresco(lo siento si esto no tiene sentido yo no hablo español))

  • @pranacrewvisual Soy capaz de escribir las palabras en Inglés para usted si usted quiere?

    Voy a enviar a usted.

    Puedes usar Google para traducir.

    no hay problema:)

  • you are so right... love and light!

  • Who ever said that there are no more hippies or flower children? This reminds me of the sixties and early seventies, when I was a kid.. only better!! As the late great Dr Timothy Leary said, "Tune-In, Turn-On, Drop-Out!!"

Gotta find the local psy-scene.. Alberta, Canada?? help...lat'r Buzz

  • @BuzzDyou Not sure about Alberta but there's activity all around Canada. A few festivals too, such as Entheos, the next one being in 6 months: entheosgathering. com/home [remove space in html address]

  • @BuzzDyou i live in Alberta but theres no psy scene, sorry bro but up in E-town theres Astral festival which happens every year around august and they play Full-on. besides that theres not much. i suggest going to Vancouver, the Psy-scene is small but BIG in sound, trust me i used to live there. plus if your ever there, you shuld hit up Club 23 West Organix. check out my vids. you'll get the idea.

    [ Keep it Psychedelic.]

  • @BuzzDyou Look, if you don't know the difference, you are a moron. Timothy Leary was a total putz. Acid is a horrible psychedelic. No shaman would ever use LSD. The only thing these hippies have in common is the smell. don't be such a follower.

  • @bizz4ethix Yeah, hey, um, thanks!?!? For being so opinionated !!! I don't think my comment was so directed about tripping on Uncle Sid as much as it was about getting away from main stream thinking...in general, "Normal" people aren't as normal as they think...what is normal??? I can write about this paradigm for decades. BTW I don't follow any given set of rules or directions from any-one-thing...expand your narrow mind, open your eyes, ears and all senses. Freedom reigns free for all !!

  • @BuzzDyou Normal is the neo-nonconformist hippie. They are everywhere. So, they are actually conformist. So the more b.o. the more drugs, the more dreadlocks, and the more your enerygy is leeched by them. The more normal it is. That is the hippie-paradox.

  • @BuzzDyou come to south africa ;) It's very much alive here.

  • @BuzzDyou I live in Calgary and there's virtually no big psytrance and goa following. It's all dubstep. I say we make a goa revolution!

  • @BuzzDyou there is a very small psy scene here in edmonton during the winter there is a psy show once a month and during the summer there are a few festivals like Astral Harvest :) the monthly shows are put on by some local guys they go by the name git nice productions on facebook check them out ive had a blast every time i have gone

  • @BuzzDyou go to india man...

  • well....there are ways to mix classical and psytrance.....i just did a little remix of pachelbel canon's in D major here....check it ;)

    ( talamasca )

    in the soundcloud website :

    /talamasca/pachelbel1st-test2

    :D

  • @cedtala Why, this is nice Talamasca! Thanks :)

For some very trippy classical music style psytrance, check out Terrafractyl on youtube: /watch?v=fxPfaY7gF3E

  • @cedtala also, Star Sounds Orchestra did some cute classical remixes on an LP called 'Let's Mozart'

  • @teleomorph There's also a good reason as to why Infected Mushroom's 2000 Album "Classical Mushroom" has the word "Classical" in it's title ;o)

  • @cedtala terrafractyl dose a great remix of winter... mind blowing

  • check out,youtube.com/watch?v=2rsyHhngcto

  • Hey guys come to listen this one track, is soo goooood: M.Y. PROJECT-SOUND.WATER.MUSIK (Psy-Dark-Night-Ethno-Trance)

    Kiss with love ;)

  • arrghh y you remove comments fuckin book burning!!

  • @PrimeAmsterdam

Strange people? Weird clothes? Vague mentalities? A drug-addict-indi-future-cult!?

Damn. I gotta check this out!

  • @SailorBarsoom

Wow , i commented on this 3 years ago! Hahaha that's funny Sailor!

  • @PrimeAmsterdam

    Thanks. I manage, sometimes.

  • @tomorrowisclosed

    watch?v=6H6kMSPEFTM

  • a psy party is the best kind of party ive been to in 40 years! and i always find the people at these parties to be the best, there is never trouble! not even at a dark psy bush party. it is a small group here in australia, and once you are in...you are in for good, we are all friends, seeking the same experience, its incredible, i dont understand why people just dont get it!, then again...i dont get jazz :P

  • @chemicalcrew8 Not to be rude, but that is so wrong... the drugs can enhance the experience and make it even better. And ur saying "Its fake it's chemically induced"... Well... Natural joy and happines (due to seretonin releases) when ur dancing w/o drugs... thats also a reaction that is induced by chemicals that react on ur receptors.

everything is chemically induced... It's just more acceptable when the chemical are produced by ourselves for some reason.

  • its funny how you should say "theres practically no limit to what type of sound or tone can be crafted" now despite all of this 99% of all psytrance songs will use the exact (if not very similar) tone for all bass synth as well as synthesised kick drum sounds. it kinda makes your statement seem a little ironic ;)

  • People always say that Raves and Psytrance festivals are "BAD" i find it more dangerous going to a city club then any of these parties everyones friendly if people opened their mind they would become more spiritual and become better people

  • the song is actually Shpongle - Botanical Dimensions

  • @chemicalcrew8 also not true at all. Some drugs can give you experiences just as good as 'natural' experiences. Sure snorting away speed while eating pills like skittles won't make your night very special but that depends on the person, for me that doesn't work but for some other person it might be awesome. It is just preferences, some people like drugs, some don't. When I saw shpongle i was sober as fuck, not even 1 drop alco. It was fun to look at the wasted people but not special for me.

  • Where can I download this music?

  • Very wicked video! Thanks for sharing!

  • I find raves to be different not worse

  • @qunnabu agreed. I think the speaker (me) was trying to express some subconscious twinge or moment in time but it came out totally wrong.

  • @chemicalcrew8 then you are saying that EVERYTHING is fake, it's all chems working.. happiness, euphoria, rage, depression... it's all brain chemicals, chemicals in the food... don't be such a hater, let people do drugs, and instead of asking for people to just stop doing them, ask for the government to educate people on drugs, their REAL effects and risks, not just pussy fagot political "just say no" propaganda. PLUR ☮

  • I wanna know the soundtrack about 4:00 =D

  • This documentary is on point!

  • Not to put down Psy (especially DarkPsy!!), but the 'rigidity' is a weak argument to stand on.

Any fool can face-roll a DJ program and create a song.

The problem with most electro-composers is that they don't see past the sound modulations. They're too busy trying to change the sound of their overly simple beat, and forget about harmony altogether!

The top 10% electro is awesome.

The 11-20% has a hard time keeping up with the bottom 10% of orchestral.

The other 80% should leave it to the pros.

  • @FrigidTundra If you want to hear some psyGoa with REAL harmonic melodic structure (musically trained) AS WELL as trippy synthesizing, download SubConsciousMind's 'Intermezzo Extended' album in high quality for free here: subconsciousmind. ch

  • @teleomorph that site you showed is great! i like the music and other stuffs there!

  • @FrigidTundra Its easy is it ? to make trance mate i bet you would not do a song for shit

Cubase try it and see how easy it is then

  • @crayjimmy101 dude its not im a dj and producer od tech house and i say... hats of ! specially for psytrance producers! on the other side minimal is probably the easiest.

  • @FrigidTundra Not true at all. Quality electronic music can do things an orchestra would never be able to do. The problem with this new way of making music is that many people literally don't understand it. And it is not because they are dumb or ignorant, this stream of music is very young and uses sounds that no one on this planet has ever heard before, the mind has to learn a new language. 70 or so years ago the first ever reversed sound was heard. Just keep that in mind.

  • @FrigidTundra try atma ;-)

  • wait a min something is different here? i remember that feeling then boom your life and outlook is changed forever,

  • Does anyone know the name of the first song ?

  • Shpongle - Beija Flor

  • Comment removed

  • @Kamaster1231 The first three tracks on the 3rd album were released as one single track called Beija Flor on a 2004 Twisted single.

  • @Kamaster1231 youtube dot com/watch?v=k1II6-9VGpY

  • @horrorbusiness9 cuz they get ticked at other peoples opinions and think its okay to snap because its the internet, which prolly means theyre too much of a pussy to do shit in person.... am i right?? lol

  • @horrorbusiness9 Anyone who has been on youtube long enough knows that no popular video is safe from stupid arguments that all boil down to "stop liking what I don't like!" in the long run. The comment section is like a war zone.

  • why does it have to be always either or? can't we have both? CONTEXT.

  • @creativemind2008 WELL I THINK electro is more electronic than classical.... ahahahaha

  • I would say electro is more natural than orchestral music. Classical instruments have a smell almost.. like a furniture shop or something.. Their rigidity is only overcome by having more rigid instruments added in. Electric music overcomes this because it is as flexible as the univers itself. we can conjure up anything.

  • Amen to that. Our only boundary is the limit we impose on our imagination.

  • @timmysgonnagetcha i agree 120%, electronic music is extremely flexible in terms of what sounds can be created.. and im not trying to bash this buuut, guitars mainly make 1 sound, a plucked string, now with FX it could be different!! but using FX or EQ or whatever you plug your sound into would be considered "electronic", think about it... and yeah it is as flexible as the universe itself, AND beyond... make your own sound patches? yeah try doing that with a guitar ahaha sry ive had a bad day...

  • @timmysgonnagetcha if u r talking about rigidity here and u want 2 get technical comparing an orchestral instrument to a midi based electronic instrument you should get your facts straight. Any parameter on a midi based instrument whether it be volume, pitch, cuttoff frequency, resonance, ect, is limited to being one of 128 values, as midi cc(control change) value goes from 0-127.Orchestral instruments are not confined to only having 128 values therefore not a rigid as midi based.end of story

  • @1000Errors , the parameters of any instrument are fixed, thats what makes it a particular instrument. Though an intsrument has all those rich aunthentic qualities that cant quite be replicated digitally, a violin can only really ever be a violin. Whereas digitally you can create sounds that cant be achieved orchestrally. Things like clarity, pitch being completely flexible, etc, so no... not the end of story. Dont get me wrong though, its all good.

  • @timmysgonnagetcha good point ,but as a musician i have to disagree , classical musical can be really refreshing sometimes in the sea of electronical furniture that is around us all

  • @PrimeAmsterdam..... i totally agree. My statement was originally aimed at a comment someone said about electro being all the same etc... as if classical music carries some badge of honour reserved for only the best music. I was just expressing that electronically we can create anytihng. But i definately werent slating classical music. The minds of the great composers i would dare say were far advanced over most people. Moonlight Sonata.... wow, tell me a more perfect rendering of "isolation"

  • I don't care what people say about the effects of drugs even if they are completely safe. I completely go against the idea of shoving any chemicals down my throat. I take a drug through my ears it's called music. Now fuck off with your LSDs and what not and show your love for the fucking music.

  • exactly...............

  • so wat??? i loved the music waayyy before i even tried the drug

  • @DrWumpa okay 1st, music isnt a drug, i know this because ive been producing since i was 8, go look for my name on myspace if you dont believe me, and 2nd, druggies or not you shouldnt bash people that do LSD by saying they dont show love for the music, they prolly groove to it more than if they were sober lol, im not advocating for it orrrr bashing it im just throwing it out there.... lol

  • (cont..)

Besides, there's no such thing as a "fake" experience - if you're experiencing it, then it's real, even if it's just happening in your mind.

  • hmmm... Dreams exist only for the dreamer.... Unless one comes out of the sleep, the dream will continue as the very reality.... cheers

  • chemicalcrew8 -

Every emotion you've ever felt has been chemically induced, and ingesting MDMA, LSD or psilocybin is no more harmful or disturbing to your body than a short-term release of adrenaline or dopamine - It's just missing the point to be describing such experiences as unnatural (plus, that's not necessarily a bad thing, and explains why people enjoy experiencing 'synthesized' terror in horror films etc).

  • @vernedaflexing The worst drug addictions are the ones that don't involve external substances. Those are much more harmful.

  • don't say you are all natural when this music ain't even natural

  • music in itself aint natural.. but its a beautiful expression of what is a purely natural phenomena.. its wonderful when u see a living being expressing such magnificent notes in the form of music... thats the pure beauty of it......... drugs or intoxicants pull the down the level of consciousness.. chemicals for that matter induce a fake sense of well being... am saying its easily poss to get high easily on music only...........

  • @chemicalcrew8 music is as natural as a heart beat, or the sound of rain fallin over leaves theses a beat to life the shamans drum is pounded and we dance to the beat

  • @snowman11686 No, music is as natural as a stupid hippy trying too hard to make an analogy.

  • That doesn't even make sense. You carry on playing your girly grand piano us new age types are more into electronic sounds. Anyway, this music is no less natural than classical music. When you go deep into the quantum mechanics of sound you'll understand that electronic music is no less "natural" or organic than your shitty Mozart etc. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE orchestral music, but I fucking HATE Mozart.

  • bacon sandwedges

  • Here, try these Smarties(tm), I'm sure they'll blow your mind. What? Yeah, they make brown ones now.

  • Your video show in one of the pics, CHEMTRIALS in the sky, just on the top of the party.

Anyway, my point is, there is something going on

This psy outdoor festivals. are usually far from the city.

The NWO has been spraying on the top of the cities for decades: tranquilizers and radioactive shit in detriment of humans beings.

Why just on the top of the party??!!

NWO in this case, is trying to block the enlightenment of consciousness, produced by the synergy of the shamanic connection. Awake!

  • Uh, what? Planes fly between cities, thus it is a fairly common occurrence for them to fly over non-city areas. Radical idea, I know, but it's the truth. I don't even know why I'm posting this. It is entirely offtopic and I'm not going to change your mind anyhow.

  • Look, i agree with you to an extent, certain drugs can be a problem, and yes some people abuse them. The whole purpose of us as humans, is to use and create the technology to get us to where we want to be. I do not have a problem with people trying to expand, and learn more about the universe in a way that we normally wouldn't be able to. It's an advanced way of thinking, and it takes an advanced specimen to handle it.

  • i haven't been to the parties yet, but am still into the music :D

  • fajne;)

  • RAVE = P.L.U.R. = LIBERDADE

    amo muito tudo isso...

    sente a viiiiiiiiiiiiibe...

    huahuahua

  • Yep. Dead, dead....sorry

  • primitive - i like primitive -

  • dead?

  • nothing lasts, but nothing is lost

  • lmao . HOUSE is dead. psytrance will NEVER die. not aslong as there is the world in which we live.

  • anyone no of any good UK venues/events for psytrance?

  • this video just encaptulated for me why i am becoming more involved in this scene the music and the people make u feel so at home ive had amazing higher conciousness experiences completeley sober this music is a drug in itslef our minds are powerful things let then wonder and see what you find :)

  • been listening to lotz and lotz of psy for over ten years, just never needed to go someplace to be among other people while listening. psy gives inspiration and creativity. The chemicals associated with the genre is sad or pathetic. why make it a lifestyle thus closing soo many possibilities. I especially enjoy wizzynoise, psydrop, astrix, chiad, b-forest, a-proj, mwnn, mfg, penta, schpongle, psysex, altom, deedrah, gms and many others that dont fit here. go psy !

  • I stay away from judging ,else then understanding and learning.

Everybody have opinion about their own spiritual growth , sad or pathetic you'll probably say that about half of the people into this kind of music

either you like or not psychedelic is fused with drug usage in one or another way In the End everybody chooses what path they walk

  • Please wait a few minutes to vote again

  • Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful.

  • there is practically no limit to what type of sound or tune can be crafted !!!!!!

  • thanx 4 sharing!

    love & light from belgium.

  • I live in Mexico and the psytrance scenme here is pretty biiig!! but im moving to the US soon for college and i just wish the scene was bigger in the US cause im really used to going to all the massive pry-raves here in Mex and itll be hard to go the US and retrear from all that =(

  • American's can't get this music.

  • i know.. all they get is techno drum and bass and house ... =/ someone should introduce a little more psy.. make the scene bigger... but rave scene and psyrave scenes are different. as shown in this video.. i used to rave in the US then i came to Mexico and started goin to psyraves... i must say.. psyraves are better in my opinion..

  • funny that you say that because the photos in this video are of the kids/parties here in California. We have good artists/vibes/people and parties. The nicest people I've ever met in my life. Some awesome DJs!!Gemini Festival just happened last weekend. It was amazing!.

  • remember DAT days!!!!

  • Anyone know the title of mr. peculiars song at the end?

  • Mr. Peculiar - Remote Viewing

you've got that in the description

  • Shamanic practices".I don't think you need that".I guess

he think's it sound's cool...But to make this scene

come alive in america...It needs stronger beat's

    heavier" i think....But definitely provide a altered

    state of consciousness...Without acid".Darkpsy is

really starting to kick some ass....Jadin teva chemical on myspace....Oh dont get me wrong

i like good lsd...I just dont see it where i live...or even trance for that matter....

  • Interesting I like this!!! Miss the trance in S.A

  • check google for PsyFX (DOT) N E T ;)

  • man ! :

read, study, experience, meditate, and most of all free yourself to get the best and most accurate intuition that you can get.

    study anthropology, psychology, sociology, spirituality,

eat organic, open yourself to esoteric knowledges, search for "your "truth.

    google those movies:

BARAKA, LIQUID CRYSTAL VISION, ZEITGEIST, ATLANTIS, OUT OF THE BLUE, 1 GIANT LEAP, WHAT THE BLEEP DO WE KNOW ?, THE CORPORATIONS, LSD THE BEYOND WITHIN (bbc) etc ...

  • You are a patriot of the counter culture movement. Thank you. Bless you. I stand by your side brother.

  • the fact that you have no idea of the origin of what u use and live in your everyday life, does not change the origins themselves." se people bending their nees a little, then up again an on... i dont call that dancing."... :-) :-), goa trance:

through trance "ravers" synchronize their electromagnetic bodies and create direct subtil and spiritual links between them. if the party is exceptionnaly "good" they can get out of time/space dimension (there are other way to "get that")

  • the electrification of guitars brought new styles of music, the creation and uses of synthetic sounds (synthesizers) began at that period and was/is raised to a top in this modern style of music that you love:

    GOA TRANCE AND AMBIENT :-)

in thevast amount of persons taking psychedlics, some of them bring back from their trips, some new ideas, concepts and visions that slowly transform society that you are part of.

  • some micro societies emerged to propose new possibilities in organising life between human beings. a rising of consciousness happenned with the will of modifying the society from an industrial siociety proposing happiness through money and goods to a more spiritual society integrating the basic respect and love of any form of life including the planet ...

... oh and i dont think you have enough informations to know what "my kind" is :-)

may peace light and love enlighten your heart

  • Mr truckrally I have no time and will to take care of your education... but here are a few clues for you :

during the 60's / 70's, the psychedlic/sexual revolution brought new ideas, shapes and concepts in designing cars, furnitures, clothes, fashion, architecture (outside and inside buildings) new ideas and concepts in philosophy, sociology and psychology. big changings in the structure of society, like for instance the role and place of woman in it

  • I love the goa tunes... and it takes you with out anything... if you like them.... miss the parties here... much love Astrid

  • To truckrally maybe you should try lsd might make you smart enough to spell!!! what the fuck is thair think u might find it is there.dum fuck.....

  • I don't take lsd

I have been listening to goa trance since early 1993

I danced on the best goa tunes

I met and raved with the nowadays "masters" of this scene (hallucinogen, goa gil, tip, prana ,juno, etc ...)

and I have met in this scene some of the smartest people on earth.

goa trance is the best mental dance created by men,

joining dance, trance, psychedelism, sharing and mutating lifes for a better human society

reducing goa scene to drugs is the most common and non- smart opinion

  • TO TRUCKRALLY:

the psychedelic mucical revoltuion of the 60's have deeply changed the society.

Many many ideas that you have , tools that you use, clothes that you wear, liberties that you enjoy directly come from what the 60's hyppies have created, claimed and obtained.

in the same way the "narrow minded people" that you're talking about are participating to the evolution of this planet, mutating the present for a better future

  • Haha, yeah right. What ideas and what tools, gimme those examples, the nuclear plants, is that those? Or maybe the hubble telescope hahaha. Dont say ur kind is for the better of the planet haha, cmon!!!

  • to truckrally:

hey men y don yu acctualy kom to party and speek with people, and try some psydrug to open your heart who is bdw to closed and cold i'm afraid and stop damaging your self with hejt and furry, that is just the other way from love,, you love us, but u don see it jet,,if you realy look up deep you'll see that it is stupid to hejt humans who danses together, and propose creativity, peace and love,, i ask you what can higher human do with their bodies? pozz from serbia, trance country

  • sry bit unlike you i dont need drugs to get closer into my deep world, i just need to sit down by my self. and unlike your trance country my real country has schools, and unlike u i went there instead of doing drugs so now i know how to spell properly. mostly i se people bending their nees a little, then up again an on... i dont call that dancing....

  • Nice kaleidoscopic visions of psytrance. I love the music @ 5:00 where it picks up.

  • Comment removed

  • I love SF psytrance and the wonderful people who make up the community there. Keep rocking! Excellent photos...we should seriously make another docu though.

    ~Melinda

  • Bless your soul for putting this on Youtube!! :)

  • i NEED the name of the second song!

    HELP!

  • Mr. Peculiar - Remote Viewing

    Great artist

  • I only wish that could find myself there and part of it Love the work thanks
