if the problem really that it's too slow, stop using a regular relay (which is what it sounds like you're using), and use a solid-state relay. they're much faster. You're probably not using much power (no more than 5V), so a transistor would probably be your best bet (cost-beneficial). -Joe
Hmm, so its locked on to one of the legs of the motor right? Is it actually following the target or its just a predefined motion? I can't see if its actually firing anything but I can tell its moving a part on the base of the gun.
I dont get it? I didnt see a target or any firing, but hey you did something with an arduino an thats cool
