you can tell that she can be one hell of a bitch..no question, but she probably would not have gotten as far career wise if she is not nasty on the bench..plus she is a woman, and needs to be taken seriously. Lawyers that have a Federal practice are usually very bright and confident, and think they know everything, she gains credibility and respect for not being a pushover.
