i agree with all of you. andrew is not being himself. he seemed like he was on something - the way he spoke to the judges was just weird/"corny". he seems different both vocally and personality wise. his voice has been really low and flat, he has to choose a song that fits him. he has to go back to who he was. I've been disappointed "Straight Up".

He sounds so flat and he doesn't have true stage presence and I wouldn't see him if he was touring. I think I would take a pee break when he came on.

I thought it was an excellent song choice for Andrew and a solid performance. Was it pitchy again? I don't know, I don't have an ear for that. The judges need to criticize the current performance and offer advice for improving. The vague, cliche criticisms they give over and over don't help much. And for any of them to keep talking about Straight Up is assinine. It's like saying "write me a hit song."
