  • Some good exercises... just a small correction: muscles do not "become flabbier because they are turning into fat"; adipose and muscle are 2 separate tissues... you gain fat because muscle loss leads to a slower metabolism. Regardless, nice movements!

  • Thank you for pointing that out. I did not mean to mix the two parts of the body. That is interesting to learn that muscle loss also contributes to the metabolism. Thanks for the note.

  • And of course, as you mentioned, the fact that as people age they do tend to become more sedentary is a huge factor. Checked out your other vids... good stuff!
