Some good exercises... just a small correction: muscles do not "become flabbier because they are turning into fat"; adipose and muscle are 2 separate tissues... you gain fat because muscle loss leads to a slower metabolism. Regardless, nice movements!
Thank you for pointing that out. I did not mean to mix the two parts of the body. That is interesting to learn that muscle loss also contributes to the metabolism. Thanks for the note.
And of course, as you mentioned, the fact that as people age they do tend to become more sedentary is a huge factor. Checked out your other vids... good stuff!
