Your right arm flies out too much. Keep it tucked and your hands wont be so flat at the top of the swing. Just try it. Not trying to say I am mr. expert but I am experiencing the same in my swing. Your distance in accuracy will increase tremendously.

the cause for the ball going 5 years left might have to do with your follow through. you seem to move left after you hit the ball which might be causing a pull. try swing the club towards the target and keeping a constant spine angle through contact

@PhilMickelsonFan1432 I think its a better way to release the club-it stops hooks. If he wants to draw it, he can change ball position. Its typical release for a one planer. Its just a case of letting it release instead of making it release. Mickleson makes it release, he manipulates the club face-hence he hits it all over the shop and relies on talent. Hunter Mahan would be a non manipulated release.

Its better to hit your irons shorter than longer and ill tell you why. The longer you hit the ball, the more of a gap you have in between clubs. Ppl that hit it far usually struggle with distance control. Luke Donald is the best in the world because hes accurate and has the best short game, hes 147th on tour in distance.
