at the 38 second mark of this video, they show 2 technics 1200's and a mixer in the middle. Does anyone know what make and model that particular mixer is?

@DJMIXN4UNYC after years of endless research by me and a friend we finally identified that mixer.. it's a Numark DM-1500. there was also a 1550, but that had a 6 band EQ... the one he's using does not.

That's my friend XAVI with the short black shorts and a white top with her stomach out,she had a curly ponytail tied up to the side,dancing on top of a platform,leroy has the dreads short with no shirt,other dancers are IAN STARKS,JUNIOR,BUG-OUT,PEGGY with the shirt wrapped around her waist at the bottom with a black cap,etc.

@jungletekno and i wud buy all the ones that i dont have, i have all the ones i appeared in i just had trouble uploading them they were coming out sideways,i'm going to post the 70's special when everybody in the studio dressed like the70's and 70's songs were played like "staying alive" etc and i was dancing on the catwalk with a gold "dy shee kee" and black bellbottoms pants and a elmer fudge black cap my hair was in shirley temple curls etc. great memories.

I remember a different segment where David Morales played Toni Braxton - I Don't Want To, then into Mariah Carey - Fantasy, than into The Boss - Congo...

I remeber this b-cause I bought all 3 singles the next week!

OMG! Soooooo love this rare Mariah "Joy To The World" remix that I also own on ltd red 12" vinyl....if only I was there!!

This is classic stuff and totally conducive to constant lip biting and head banging, finger snapping and clapping until it hurts ;-)

Yeah this was from late 1994 this was the  Grind was starting to play more club music the first couple years of the show( 92-93 )it 's focus was mainly heavy on hip-hop and R&B side
