This movie came out the same year I was born and is one of my top 5 favorites. I agree and wish they made movies like this. Ive have search for this song for about forever and a day now and all I can find is thomas newman scored it, but no luck with a track. anyone know someone in a band that could redo it?

a friend of mine was able to come up with the guitar chords.....D5, G5, A5, D5 / D5, G5, A5, B5 / repeat... the notes playing above the chords are D, F#, D, F#, D, F#, D, F#, E, D, E, D, E, D, E, D (seventh fret [D] on 3rd string, seventh fret [F#] on 2nd string, fifth fret [E] on 2nd string, seventh fret [D] on 3rd string)

LOVE THIS FILM!! Shame a soundtrack was never released, you can find every song from the movie if you dig hard enough except for the Tonio K - 'The Tuff Do What'. The song in this clip is part of the score done by Thomas Newman for this movie which is also not available anywhere, (typical) as for the name? Again unknown! I just love 1:08-1:36. GENIUS!!
