I'm sooo thankful for the brief historical ref. behind this tune. Many thanks, love! I'm American, and although (thanks to Youtube) I've been able to listen to (eventually purchase) Smith's tunes I hadn't heard, we (American's) suffered greatly from the lack of exposure of The Smith's history. I have been a fan since 1986 (middle school) and was able to see Morrissey live last year or so. It's a shame he loathed this MIX, because for me, it's superior to all other versions of the track.
