    notice before the burger comes out he completely covers the picture with his hands, the picture of the burger is taken out from behind by the accomplice who then feeds the burger through the hole. notice he holds the burger there for a few seconds before moving it away, time for the accomplice to replace the hole with a new picture. and so on
