Great job, I always liked the Chrono Trigger music. One question though, where does the intro music come from? I still have this game on my snes, and every time it plays in the game it starts off with the high part. I have it saved in the end of time area so i could listen to Frogs' and Magus' music, and even when it plays nonstop over and over i still don't hear the lower intro part.

@seanthecrippler I was wondering the same thing. I think the full 'cut' was included on the soundtrack and eventually became the dominant version on the interwebs, though I'm positive I never heard it during gameplay. This is just speculation, but I suppose the composer wrote the full clip for the game, but the production team decided to cut out the intro for the game itself.

Loved it, but on this one I felt you didn't do nearly enough on the natural slides in the lead that are evident in the OST, tons more opportunity there. In the original, almost every measure-start note slides up to it... It gives a lot of character to the tune.

Should be trivial on that guitar to do the same :)

@byondking45 I Respectfully disagrees and reveals inner nerdom. Crono Trigger is one of the few RPGs that makes developing each characters potential worthwhile. Once Chrono dies and Zeal palace is destoyed, Frog is the natural choice for party leader. Ayla and Magus are nearly as strong as Crono, even more so in some respects. What Marle and Lucca lack in power, they make up for in double and tripple techs. And Robo... well robo is probably the exception.

@permutationsofpaul Chrono Trigger definitely has one of the best groups of supporting characters in any video game ever. Even the robot has his own background and personality. Frog (I prefer that name over Glenn) is one of my favorite characters. His theme alone tells an entire story.

while magus has high magic stats, he suffers from lack of dual techs and two triple techs, personally I like lucca better, her flare magic attack does more damage than dark matter, my choice of a team consists of crono, lucca, and marle, I beat lavos way too easily, marle is the games best healer and crono equipped with the haste helm and maxed out speed stats =ownage
