Great video Carlton, makes me want to go now. The bike is the perfect mode of transportation, fast enough that you get some where but slow enough that you see, hear and smell everything on the journey.

There were two types of cyclist on the trip: recreational and athletic. Both types get to see the countryside at close quarters. A fast bike is still relatively slow.

Mind you, I clocked 81kph on one downhill. I was concentrating, but still able to take in the scenery. The rush of air was fun, too. You feel speed on a bike, in a car it's hidden away.

It was a great trip, alright. There are definitely towns and regions I'm bookmarking for future visits, esp with my young cycling family.

Italy is a beautiful Country,I was there twice on my Holidays but not on a Bike. I would love to do one of those Tours some Day Brilliant.
