If you rode baker in '98 then you know what the definition of powder really is. World record snowfall, 139" base or somethin, they had to dig fuckin ruts for the charilifts to ride in. Fuck global warming!

The highest base recorded was between 250-300 if I remember correctly. The world record was for recorded snowfall ie snow that fell regardless of how long it stuck around. We recorded 1140 inches between September 98' through May 99'.
