Aww, I feel for him. :( I was sick my whole life until I found out my food allergies: corn, oat, rice, peanut, chicken, almond, blueberry, & banana as my 'Severe 8'.

I have been allergic to dairy since birth, but its proof didn't come until I was about 2 years old - 29 years ago, when dairy allergies were very rare. I'm aghast that a doctor didn't cotton on ages ago, and can't imagine what it must have been like to be always ill with no explanation.

And for everyone saying, "It's just dairy, who cares," read a few labels and find out just how much stuff has "modified milk ingredients", "whey powder", or "sodium caseinate". You'd be unpleasantly surprised.

Im allergic to every single fruit made on earth. i cant eat any real fruits, or i have a throat collapse and gasp for air. . .

Im Lactose intolerance mildly, and have the worse sinus allergies during spring and summer time from pollen and trees. It gets so bad that the white part of my eye gets swollen terribly leaving me blind all day.

So, suck it up and deal with it!

I sure very am dealing with it, and its not much of a matter to cry about but knowing your healthy and strong.

@ramona7609 Lactose intolerance and dairy allergies are not the same thing. Lactose intolerance gives you gas, bloating, cramping, and diarrhea when dairy is ingested. Dairy allergies, either from ingestion or simple physical contact (e.g. touching spilled milk), cause histaminic reactions like hives, runny nose, itchy throat, respiratory distress, and in some cases, anaphylactic shock that can lead to death. "Get lactose pills" isn't going to help someone with a dairy allergy.
